The /ONLY/ way to get "Microsoft Update" configured on a system is by visiting the Windows Update website -and- opting into the Microsoft Update service. Wrong! Get WindowsUpdateAgent20-x86.exe (linked on the MBSA2 web page) and install it. Installing WindowsUpdateAgent20-x86.exe only gets you the CLIENT SOFTWARE.
